I led fundamental credit analysis of the companies we faced as a supplier or customer where the commercial agreements exposed us to >12 months of risk. We provided suppliers and customers with commercial terms which were structured and included pre-payments, post-payments, embedded hedging and unsecured arrangements.

I developed a new financing and credit sales business within the energy global markets business. We provided clients with direct lending, structured and asset backed solutions to their capital needs. We established a credit trading capability to compliment the financing origination as part of our risk management.

I joined with the mandate to rebuild a position in the direct lending market for mid-sized energy companies. My global role was to be responsible for origination, execution and monitoring of all of the credit products extended to our clients.
